Site Booking Details

Initial Down payment: Rs. 10,000/- for Blocking the site

Within the next 10 days: Rs. 1,00,000/- Down payment for Booking the site & Sale Agreement

Within the next 30 days: Rs. 60,000/- 2nd Advance payment

Within the next 30 days: Rs. 60,000/- 3rd Advance payment

FYI : Once you have remitted the above payment/s, within the next 30 days we shall undergo Registration Processes on receipt of your full & final settlement.

Charges for Registration:

Registration charges for 30 * 40 (1200sft) : Rs. 7,000/-

Registration charges for 30 * 50 (1500sft) : Rs. 9,000/-

Registration charges for 40 * 60 (2400sft) : Rs. 18,000/-

Maintenance charges ( 3 years ) Rs. 5000/-

Villa Booking:

For booking a Villa an amount of 30% of the total cost of the project should be paid as downpayment.
